A little history: Lee is one of the main guys at the facility that this happened at. Grace is in charge of Quality. My friend was hired there by a temp agency to work directly for Grace. Now Lee is basically saying that even if my friend does the work he was hired to do, if he listens to his manager, that he will not get paid?

I dunno... Something seems a little off here. People want to pitch in?
